CraftedERP by Doozy Solutions is a wholly unified business management platform that streamlines operations for beverage producers who want to reach new levels of market success. Built on Oracle/Netsuite, beverage leaders, innovators and artisans trust Crafted’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software - and the experts who develop and support it - to provide the platform they need to gain complete visibility into their data, dissolve operational silos, and better serve their customers.

Faced with growth challenges stemming from an unstructured sales process, organizational issues, and a deficit in executive-level sales expertise (with budget constraints hindering the hiring of a full-time experienced professional), Doozy Solutions sought the guidance of Scaled Sales Solutions to address these issues. The goal was to develop a scalable and repeatable sales process, enhance documentation, elevate operations, and rethink the overall Go-To-Market (GTM) approach by the whole executive team.

Documentation and Leadership:

Doozy Solutions lacked proper sales process and documentation, hindering onboarding, ongoing enablement, and overall consistency in the sales approach and performance. Scaled Sales Solutions provided executive fractional leadership, working collaboratively to document processes and instill a culture of continuous improvement. The partnership focused on refining sales processes and achieving excellence, as well as helping and enhancing how the executive team functioned together as a team to achieve this.

Among many other documented sales process enhancements, Scaled Sales Solutions helped introduce a comprehensive sales playbook, revolutionizing Doozy Solutions' operations. The playbook serves as an evergreen guide, facilitating effective training, ensuring messaging consistency, and identifying process gaps. It became instrumental in scaling operations and achieving sales goals.

Working with Dylan Frusciano:

Collaborating with Dylan Frusciano proved enriching for Doozy Solutions. His unique approach combined strategic planning with a fun atmosphere, keeping the team motivated and fostering an excellent overall performance-oriented sales culture. Results and Conclusion:

The collaboration yielded remarkable results, with Doozy Solutions achieving record-breaking quarters and reaching 92% of its annual sales goal. Doozy Solutions achieved 45% year over year ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) growth as well as a 48% increase in ASP (Average Sales Price). Finally, with the sales foundation firmly established under Dylan Frusciano's guidance, Doozy Solutions successfully recruited a Director of Sales from Dylan's network to assume leadership of the organization.
